Description
Yorkshire Terrier (Bella) YT033C
The Yorkshire Terrier ‘Yorkie’ is an excellent companion dog, originally bred in Yorkshire to keep the rats under control in the cloth mills. The breed as we know it today originates from a Terrier owned by a lady called Mary Ann Foster in the 1860’s. His name was Huddersfield Ben and he was a top show and stud dog of his time. He became famous and is still known as ‘father of the breed’. Yorkies are intelligent little dogs who thrive on companionship and daily interaction. They are playful, protective and even a little feisty at times.
Bella is a much loved, extremely loyal and protective companion.
